Preparation : 20 min.
Cooking time: 20 min. Serves 4.
 
Ingredients :
1kg large shrimp peeled and deveined
1 onion
200ml of snow pees
200ml of water chestnut
200ml mushroom of your choice
1 red or green pepper(hot)
30ml of olive oil
5ml of sesame oil
15ml of coriander
15ml of curry
 
Basmati rice
 
Preparation :
Chop the onion, wash and chop the mushrooms and the snow peas. Clean the peppers but leave it whole. You can add any vegetable to this Asian-style recipe, hence the name "virous begetable" ;-)
 
In a large skillet with high edge, add olive oil and heat on medium-high. Do not cook the oil. Add onion, mushrooms and snow peas. Stir occasionally until vegetables are softened but still slightly crisp. Reserve the vegetables in a dish in the not preheaten oven.
 
In the same skillet, add sesame oil. When hot, add shrimp, water chestnuts, the hot peppers, half the coriander and curry. Cover and stir from time to time until the shrimp are cooked.
 
Add the vegetables to the shrimp and water chestnuts. Heat and mix well. Just before serving, add the remaining coriander and stir. Serve on a bed of Basmati rice.
 
 
Note :
Snow peas : Prepare the snow peas removing the wire that keeps it closed. Breaking the top of the pod (the one that holds the plant) and pull the wire. Add fantasy by cutting into a triangle"<" the other side of the pod.
 
 
 
Preparation : 20 min.
Cooking time : 8 min. Serves 4.
 
Ingredients :
1kg large shrimp peeled and deveined
1 onion ou 3 green onions
1 red or green pepper(hot)
15ml of suguar
3 Jamaican pepper
3 green cardamoms
15ml of coriander
10 ml of turmeric
150ml organic natural yogourt
30ml of olive oil
15ml of tamarind juice
15ml of lime juice
Salt and pepper
 
Rice noodles
 
Preparation :
Seed and chop the hot peppers. Crush Jamican peppers. Finely chop the onion or green onions
 
In a large skillet, add olive oil and heat on medium-high. Do not cook the oil. Add onion or green onions, the cardamom, turmeric and stir
 
Add shrimp and sauté everything for 2 minutes. Add the hot pepper, sugar, lime juice and tamarind. Sauté for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
 
Stir in yogurt and serve over a bed of rice noodles.
 
 
 
Preparation : 20 min.
Cooking time : 20 min. Serves 4.
 
Ingredients :
4 Atlantic salmon steaks
250ml sherry vinegar
5ml of salt
80ml cotrus juice
 
Basmati rice or salad to your choice
 
Preparation :
Finely chop the garlic and remove the sprout.
 
Place all ingredients for marinating together and mix well. Then add the steaks and marinate at least for 3 hoursin the frig.
 
Remove from the frig and cook on the BBQ! Serve on Basmati rice or on salad.
 
 
 
Preparation : 15 min.
Cooking time : 22 min. Serves 4.
 
Ingredients :
500g rainbow trout fillets
1 onion
540ml organic tomato juice
250ml Basmati rice
200ml black olives
50ml sun dried tomatoes
30ml of olive oil
15ml of coriander
15ml of sage
 
Preparation :
Mince the onion.
 
In a large skillet with high edge, add olive oil and heat on medium-high. Do not cook the oil. Add onion, fry. Then add the fillets. Cook 2-3 minutes.
 
Add sun-dried tomatoes. Fry the trout which should crumble at this point after the cooking. Cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 
Add olives, tomato juice and rice. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add coriander and sage. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring. Serve.
 
Note :
Capers : Capers would be excellent with this recipe, but I have not found some that marinated in gluten free vinegar and gluten free spices Have you found some?  
 
 
Preparation : 20 min.
Cooking time : 30-40 min. Serves 4.
 
Ingredients :
300g fresh lean ground beef
1 onion
1/2 organic yellow pepper
540ml organic red beans
200ml of mushroom
200ml of chili sauce
200ml of organic tomato juice or organic crushed tomatoes
30ml of olive oil
Salt and pepper
 
Organic corn chips of your choice (gluten free).
 
Preparation :
Mince onions, prepare and rinse beans. Clean and cut mushrooms and peppers into pieces.
 
In a large skillet with high edge, add olive oil and heat on medium-high. Do not cook the oil. add onion and fry meat until cooked. Add the spices, and pepper and stir.
 
Add chili sauce. Stir. Add peppers and mushrooms. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 
And add the tomato juice (or crushed tomatoes). Reduce to medium heat, stirring occasionally. Serve with organic corn chips of your choice.
 
Note :
Tabasco : For a spicy-hot sauce, add Tabasco sauce to the taste.
 
 
Vegetable Nachos (Mexican)
 
Preparation : 20 min.
Cooking time : 15 min. Serves 4.
 
Ingredients :
540ml organic red beens
1 onion
1/2 organic yellow pepper
1/2 organic red pepper
1/2 organic green pepper
10ml organic crushed tomatoes
15ml chili saucei
Some Tabasco drops
Salt and pepper
 
Thick organic corn chips (gluten free)
 
Preparation :
Mince onions, prepare and rinse beans. Clean and cut peppers into chunks. Turn oven to 180°.
 
In a bowl cut, mix and mashed all ingredients except the corn chips ;-)
 
In a baking dish, spread the chips so as not to leave spaces. Pour the mashed ingredients. Bake in oven about 15 minutes or until mixture is hot and the chips are not too toasted. Serve individual portion.
 
 
 
Preparation : 20 min.
Cooking time : 20 min. Serves 4.
 
Ingredients :
3 medium size organic carrots
1 onion
1/2 organic yellow pepper
1/2 organic orange pepper
540ml organic crushed tomatoes
30ml of olive oil
5ml organic mashed galic
Salt and pepper
 
Preparation :
Chop the onion, wash and chop carrots, cut peppers into 2cm pieces.
 
In a large skillet with high edge, add olive oil and heat on medium-high. Do not cook the oil. Add carrots, peppers, garlic, salt and pepper and spagetti spices and fry until the vegetables are softened.
 
Add the crushed tomatoes and serve hot over pasta.
 
Note :
Pasta : We prefer organic rice pasta. They are easy to cook but requires a lot of water. Rinse with abundant cold water than heat again if necessary.

15ml organic pepper
10ml organic dried lemon flakes
5ml organic dried garlic flakes
5ml organic dried thyme

Mince spices if required and mix!

Crush or crumble the mixture of spices just before incorporating them into the dish. Crush in the palm of your hand or in a bowl with a pestle to bring out all the scents and flavors of spices.
